This is a fabulous opportunity for someone who wants to learn lots, work in a fantastic team environment and who can work a variety of shifts **(majority being days, evenings and weekends).**

You must have a great **attitude** and professional **behavior** and want to positively **contribute **to our team.

The LOD will be the appointed leader who will be working on the floor and with the entire team to WOW our customers. They will coach, guide and be the leaders in exceeding customer service. The LOD would ensure the merchandising of the store is being done, and make sure it is always neat, clean and well organized. The LOD would assist on cash if necessary but would mainly be on the floor, helping the team and taking care of any customer or staff concerns.

Superior Customer service experience - our customers are very important so let’s keep them happy

Excellent communication skills - you will have to talk a lot to many different people

A people person who always wants to exceed expectation - we are all about people and want everyone to be wowed

Very Organized - there will be lots going on so you need to know where everything is

Strong attention to detail - working with numbers and cash so super important

Not afraid to ask questions - lots to learn so you need to be good with questions

Takes initiative - if you see something that needs to be done or fixed you need to do it

Team player - we spend the majority of our time at work, it is much better if we are good to each other

Merchandising - it would be an advantage to be able to work the cash and merchandise
