**As a Member Services Representative**:
**You will be joining a team of highly engaged financial service professionals who are dedicated to providing an exceptional Member Experience**:
**In this role, we will rely on you to provide compassionate service, while positioning Meridian’s products and services to add value to our Members’ financial wellbeing.**:
**_Member Experience_**:

- **Provide a superior Member experience through the identification and promotion of products and services and where appropriate, and provide qualified referrals based on identified needs**:

- **Demonstrate perseverance in difficult situations by showcasing understanding to Members’ perspectives, and creating action plans to resolve their concerns if they arise**:

- **Ensure proper due diligence by posting all transactions accurately and timely**:

- **Maintain discretion and confidentiality to respect Members’ privacy**:

- **Participate in branch activities in support of expanding the Member relationship and growing our Digital Ambassador Program**:

- **Act as an engaged teammate and trusted partner to build and cultivate internal relationships within the Member Experience teams and cross-functional departments, while ensuring achievement of Retail Experience goals**:

- **Continue individual learning and development to align with Meridian values while delivering on action plans aligned with Employee Engagement results**:

- **Support local community organizations and activities through Business Development and Good Neighbour Program including planning, preparation, and delivery of Meridian hosted community events**:
**How you will succeed**:

- **Previous work experience in a customer service role, with cash handling experience as an asset**:

- **High School diploma or relevant working experience**:

- **Flexibility to work all scheduled hours which include some evenings and Saturdays**:

- **Proven understanding of computer systems and programs including Microsoft Office, and Outlook**:

- **Strong negotiation, interpersonal, written, and oral communications skills**:

- **Effective organizational time management, and problem-solving skills**:
