**Responsibilities**:
Task:

- Maintain work records and logs, including receiving and recording delivery requests from the customers
- Monitor personnel workloads and locations
- Organize warehouse and work areas, including performing inventory counting and assisting with generating inventory reports when the supervisor absence
- General office duties: perform community grocery delivery services and tires delivery services when in need; receive goods from suppliers and monitor shipping conditions when in need
- Provide customer service, including ensuring goods agree with customers’ orders and follow-up on issues with the deliveries.
- Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders
- Plan the route and traffic conditions
- Schedule assignments and co-ordinate activities of vehicle operators
- Record mileage, fuel use, repairs and other expenses
