Fibreglass Mold Prepper

**Job description**

We are looking for full-time Production Team Members to join our rapidly growing business in Brockville ON. Those with Fiberglass manufacturing experience are highly encouraged to apply, the starting wage will be adjusted based on the skills and experience.

Duties include but are not limited to:

- Laminates layers of fiberglass on molds to form and/or parts
- Selects pre-cut fiberglass mat, cloth, and composite materials, according to model number of mold
- Places layers of mat and cloth in mold and smooth out wrinkles by hand
- Trims excess material from parts, using hand grinders
- Works saturated material into shape of molds with hands and roller, to remove air bubbles and smooth surface
- Have an attention to detail
- Take pride in their work and have a passion for creating high-quality, beautiful products
- Be a team player and work well with co-workers
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and be dependable and reliable
- Other industrial related experience (e.g. Autobody Painter, Spray Painter, Skilled Laborer) preferred, but not required
