Esteem Medical Esthetics, is seeking a dynamic Medical Technician/Medical Administrator to join our team Become part of the most prestigious network of clinics specializing in medical aesthetic care in Canada Under the supervision of the Clinic Director, the Medical Technician offers professional treatments and ensures a follow-up with our clientele. The technician is responsible for providing medical-aesthetic treatments according to the needs of the clientele and the service offered, in addition to advising the clientele and participating in the sale of skincare products to optimize the beauty routine of the clientele. The technician also performs follow-ups on treatments, prepares skincare routine and performs personalized consultations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Effectively administer treatments on a variety of modalities.
- Provide us with educational credentials from a laser school and have a solid understanding of lasers and laser physics.
- Recommend retail products best suited for the patient based on their skin concerns.
- Work in a well organized fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate in a team-based setting to recommend and deliver result focused treatment plans.
- This will be a hybrid position as we are looking for someone who can also step in and be trained as a part of our medical administration team to assist in performing duties such as: answering phones, scheduling appointments and charting.
- Maintain a high standard of patient care and satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service.
- Attend work reliably with an enthusiastic and positive attitude.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma of professional studies in aesthetics.
- Diploma in photoepilation or certification on platforms specific to medical aesthetic clinics, an asset.
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in a similar position.
- Superior understanding of skin, skincare, and up to date laser and laser physics.
- A high level of professionalism, performance, and care in personal presentation.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- A passion for the industry, and a desire to build positive, long-lasting clinician-patient relationships.

Expected hours: 18 - 44 per week
