With our business growing, we’re looking for a full-time Senior Technician to join our team.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Servicing and installing a wide range of security systems (access control, video, alarms, etc.)
- Driving to customers across the GTA to work on-site
- Problem-solving complex technical issues
- Managing projects in accordance with timelines and budget expectations
- Communicating project or service updates to customers
- Identifying opportunities to improve customers’ security set-ups
- Training Junior Technicians

**What you bring to the table**:

- Minimum 3-5 years experience in a technical role
- Aptitude for handling multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership, time management, and customer service skills
- Experience using power tools
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and perform manual labour in a variety of settings (indoors, outdoors, at heights)
- Valid Ontario driver’s license (G level) and personal vehicle
- Availability and flexibility to be on-call one week per quarter
- Workplace Safety certifications preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $23.00-$36.00 per hour
