**Your Role in Our Journey**

We are looking to hire a very organized and experienced hands-on leader ready to help us continue to keep up with the growing demand for our product. This position works alongside our production manager and is an integral part of our operations as a food company. We are looking to fill this position with a person that fits with our Inspired Go culture and has food preparation and leadership experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Motivates and leads our food preparation team—this job needs someone who possesses high leadership qualities and wants to be part of a team who works hard to get the job done on time while still maintaining high food quality.
- Follows prep instructions and completes task lists with great attention to detail, ensuring food amounts are accurately being prepped.
- Communicates effectively with the team and management about shortages, prepping issues, and any other general concerns.
- Maintains food safety practices. We pride ourselves on high food safety controls and procedures within our facility.
- Improving preparation efficiencies and quality control— we are a start-up that is always evolving, adapting, and growing. We need a supervisor who knows how an efficient prep team works and continuously tries to find new ways to improve.
- Help us continue to build a great and inclusive Inspired Go culture. We need someone who cares about where they work and the people they work with.

**Qualifications**:

- Food preparation and leadership experience
- A passion for food and people
- Ability to learn fast
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Clear communication skills
- Ability to problem solve at a high level
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
- Ability to lead and train

**Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday, weekends as needed. Shift times are dependent on operational needs.
