**JOB DESCRIPTION**

The **Auto Accessory Installer** **is a one-of-a-kind role where you will be contributing to the team and customers in many different ways. This is a great opportunity to explore multiple trajectories in expanding your career in addition to doing installations. First and foremost, you will be responsible for installing and troubleshooting dashcams in customer vehicles. When there are no installations happening, you will be providing support in at least one of the following areas: shipping and receiving, sales and support, and general office duties. It may not be mandatory for you to support all departments, but having your help in at least one or more functions in addition to installations will be a huge plus. The actual day-to-day responsibilities will be discussed during the interview process.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Installing and troubleshooting dashcams in vehicles
- Hardwiring dashcam to the vehicle’s fuse box
- Running and hiding wires through any panels, weather strips, headlining, throughout the vehicle
- Answering customer questions regarding dashcams
- Providing support in other departments during non-installation times
- Other duties as required

**You could be a great fit if you**:

- Have at least a High School diploma
- Have experience in automotive handiwork
- Are detail-oriented and organized
- Are great at managing your priorities in an ever-changing environment
- Work autonomously while embracing opportunities to step up and help the team, even if it is outside your job description
- Have a humility to understand and embrace different perspectives
- Aren’t afraid to ask questions and seek clarification (there is no dumb question)

**Bonus points if you have**:

- Any certified automotive education
- Previous work experience in any of the following areas: Shipping/Receiving, Sales, Customer Service, Sales Support, Marketing, Office Administration
- Experience and are comfortable in front of the camera (huge plus but not mandatory)
