**Job description**

Kiewit is hiring **Apprentice Ironworkers** for the **Strathcona Refinery Renewable Diesel Expansion project (SHRED)**, located in **Edmonton, AB.**

**Requirements**:

- Valid Ironworker Apprenticeship Registration.
- Experience with rigging.
- Experience with connecting structural steel and bolt tensioning.
- Fall Arrest & MEWP tickets are required.

**If you are not local to the Edmonton area, the project will pay $150/day worked LOA, for nightshift only.

**Shift Information**
- Monday to Thursday, 10 hour shifts. Friday 8 hour shifts.
- Overtime may be required
- Weekends may be required
- Flexibility to work day or night shift

**Additional Information**
- Ironworkers with a valid SMAW All Position CWB ticket, or Welder ticket will be given additional consideration
- Ironworking connecting belts and tools are self-supply
- Mask-Fit Required (Clean Shave)

**Project Information**

Canada's largest renewable diesel complex at its Strathcona refinery near Edmonton, AB. This new complex is expected to produce more than 1 billion litres per year of renewable diesel from locally sourced feedstocks.

Pay: $31.71-$42.41 per hour

Expected hours: 48 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Licence/Certification:

- Fall Pro & MEWP Safety Tickets (preferred)
- Ironworker Structural Apprentice Ticket (required)
