What you will be doing:
+ Keep a calm communication with your co-bartenders and servers under high pressure
+ Mix drinks in a timely manner and based on our standardized recipes and service standards
+ Training and Development of Bartenders/servers and junior servers.
+ Menu Development and Concept Creation in collaboration with our Regional Mixologist
+ Advanced Cocktail Preparation to include; clarification, carbonization, Sous vide, Rotovap, Fat washing, Spherification, Flash infusion, fermentation
+ Delivering on all standards, policies and procedure to create memorable luxury guest experience
+ Open communication to your colleagues and managers
+ Ensure a clean and safe working environment, and actively participate in health and safety initiatives
+ Adhere to all hotel environmental policies and initiatives
+ Maintain a clean bar at all times (bar top, well, back bar, bottles, garnish station, service station)
+ Carry out any other tasks as assigned
**Qualifications**:
+ Minimum 2 years of previous bartending experience in an upscale establishment
+ A deep understanding of classic cocktails is a must
+ Excellent knowledge of the cocktail anatomy & all beverage products
+ Knowledge about infusions and aging spirits
+ Fermentation knowledge an asset
+ Food pairing experience with different kitchen styles an asset
+ Experience in menu development an asset
+ Previous experience with international techniques: Sous vide, Rotovap, Fat washing, Spherification, Flash infusion an asset
+ Selfmotivated, with the ability to make effective decisions
+ Demonstrates initiative, and the ability to multitask and work with mínimal supervision
+ Ability to maintain high service levels under pressure
+ Physically fit to lift trays repeatedly, stand and walk for the duration of the shift.

Visa Requirements: Applicants must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
