**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Maintain CribMaster database for all vending customers
- Daily inventory transfers
- Inventory billing of bi-weekly and monthly accounts
- Vending machine maintenance reporting and tracking
- Filing, scanning and maintaining paperwork related to daily vend fills
- Prepare and send customer reports
- Other duties as assigned

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**
- Previous customer service experience
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills, specifically with MS Excel
- Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently under pressure, paying strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills
- Adaptability, flexibility and a willingness to learn new things
- Positive attitude with a superb work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast paced and time sensitive environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- G driver’s license with a good driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of CribMaster software/hardware would be an asset
- Possess technical knowledge of vending machines an asset, but not a requirement

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
