Skating Instructor

**Job Overview**:
**must be available afternoons 3-5pm area during the week. A lot of of programming is around 3pm or 3:30pm start times. It’s possible we will have weekend ice time as well. Availability thursdays 10-12pm is also an asset. This is a part time position Hours change based on season, summer time more hours available for summer camps,

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Instructor to join our team. As an Instructor, you will play a vital role in and individuals of all ages. If you have a strong background in skating, figure skating or hockey or ringette, along with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement engaging programs tailored to the needs of each student.
- Provide lessons in a safe and supportive environment.
- Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience.

- Proven ability to effectively individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficient in techniques and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of different learners.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 6 per week
