About the Role:
What You'll Do:

- Analyze and resolve production issues promptly, ensuring mínimal disruption to operations.
- Support and enhance the legacy CIS ERP system, including troubleshooting, implementing new requirements, and conducting data analysis, with a focus on supply chain, order processing, and logistics.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and deliver new requirements for the TD Synnex ERP IT functions.
- Assist in generating and maintaining operational reports and data analysis to support business needs.
- Provide daytime operational support for IT issue resolution.
- Design and detail the specifications for automated systems.
- Collaborate with Business Operations and IT Development teams to advance system development projects.
- Lead or participate in cross-functional projects aimed at addressing business or system challenges.
- Work effectively with offshore teams to coordinate development and support activities.
- Maintain strong business communication and document writing skills to establish and uphold procedural best practices.

What We're Looking For:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or Management Information Systems (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in software development, system analysis, or data analysis.
- Experience with ERP development, particularly in supply chain or manufacturing IT systems, is a plus.
- Experience with Sybase or MySQL database servers.
- Fluent in Mandarin is a plus.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, especially under pressure.
- Thorough understanding of the software development life cycle.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Demonstrated good judgment in defining procedures and practices to determine appropriate actions.
- Proficiency in Java is a plus.

- Analyser et résoudre rapidement les problèmes de production, en veillant à minimiser les perturbations des opérations.

- Fournir un support opérationnel de jour pour la résolution des problèmes informatiques.
- Concevoir et détailler les spécifications des systèmes automatisés.
- Collaborer avec les équipes des opérations commerciales et de développement informatique pour faire avancer les projets de développement de systèmes.
- Diriger ou participer à des projets interfonctionnels visant à résoudre des défis commerciaux ou systémiques.
- Travailler efficacement avec des équipes offshore pour coordonner les activités de développement et de support.
- Maintenir de solides compétences en communication commerciale et en rédaction de documents pour établir et maintenir les meilleures pratiques procédurales.

**Ce que nous recherchons**:

- Baccalauréat en informatique, science des données, statistiques ou systèmes d'information de gestion (maîtrise préférée).
- Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience en développement logiciel, analyse de système ou analyse de données.
- Expérience en développement ERP, en particulier dans les systèmes informatiques de chaîne d'approvisionnement ou de fabrication, est un plus.
- Expérience avec les serveurs de bases de données Sybase ou MySQL.
- Maîtrise du mandarin est un plus.
- Compétences analytiques et de dépannage solides, surtout sous pression.
- Compréhension approfondie du cycle de vie du développement logiciel.
- Compétences en communication solides et capacité à travailler de manière autonome.
- Bon jugement démontré dans la définition des procédures et des pratiques pour déterminer les actions appropriées.
- Maîtrise de Java est un plus.
