Horse Riding Instructor

Pacific Banner Riding Club (PBRC) is looking for an enthusiastic and skilled English Riding Instructor to join our team. This position is ideal for a dedicated equestrian passionate about teaching riders of all levels and ages. At PBRC, we pride ourselves on providing a welcoming and safe environment for riders to develop their skills while fostering a love of horsemanship.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct group and private English riding lessons for students of varying ages and skill levels.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance on riding techniques, safety, and horsemanship.
- Prepare riders for competitions or personal riding goals, adapting lesson plans accordingly.
- Assist in maintaining a positive, inclusive, and supportive atmosphere in the stable.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of riders and horses at all times.
- Collaborate with other staff to manage lesson schedules, rider progress, and horse care.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an English Riding Instructor.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and inspire students of all ages and backgrounds.
- Commitment to safety and professionalism.
- Knowledge of horse care and stable management is a plus.

Pay: $20.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
