Instructor for Health Care Aide Program - Lab Instructor - Winnipeg Campus

Herzing College is looking for energetic, outgoing professionals to join our Faculty Team.
- Alternate Saturdays 9 am to 3 pm
- Experience as an HCA instructor

- Carry out other duties as assigned
- Advanced oral and written communication skills, including presentation and group facilitation
- Excellent technical skills and comfort
- Ability to work cooperatively with other instructors and staff
- Ability to consider and respond appropriately to the needs, and feeling and capabilities of students, to provide feedback and treat students equitably
- Is adaptable, flexible, and creative in finding solutions to issues
- Is goal-oriented and highly organized; able to manage time to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills with the proven ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- Strong Microsoft Office skills

*Qualifications
- Experienced licensed Registered Nurse (R.N. or LPN)
- Four years experience in a related field of two years practical experience
- Certificate in Adult education. Technical Vocational Teacher Education diploma or a Permanent vocational
- Teacher Certificate is an asset
- Current CPR and PHIA

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
