**Qualifications and requirements**:
2+ years of experience in the Remediation/Restoration Industry
Experience in re-construction, construction, restoration, or similar work environment
Water Restoration Technician [WRT] Certification / Asset
Construction experience/background / Asset
Must be able to travel to work-site locations daily
Must be able to work after-hours / weekends if needed
Emergency “On call” rotation duty is a must
Clean driving abstract
Annual Police Clearance Report / mandatory
Ability to work well in a team and independently
Ability to follow instructions per scope of work
Strong sense of ownership and self-accountability
Self-starter with a high level of initiative
Team player
Strong attention to detail
Spoken/Written English is a must
