Server/bartender

### Duties: - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers - Take customer orders and provide recommendations on drink selections - Maintain a clean and organized bar area - Check identification to verify legal drinking age - Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations - Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately - Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol consumption - Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service - Assist in opening and closing duties of the bar ### Skills: - Proficient in using POS (Point of Sale) systems for order processing and payment handling - Knowledge of food safety regulations and guidelines - Strong bartending skills, including mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks - Experience in the food industry, particularly in a bar or restaurant setting - Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of proper food handling techniques - Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive experience for patrons - Basic math skills for calculating bills and making change Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
