**JOB OVERVIEW**:
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Prepare substrates for painting, including sanding, caulking, and priming
- Work on interior and exterior projects, including walls, ceilings, trims, and other surfaces
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and project completion within deadlines
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Communicate effectively with clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- A valid driver's license and your own vehicle to travel to and from our job sites
- Proven experience, or desire to continue to perfect your craft as a professional painter, preferably with a focus on high-end residential properties
- Solid understanding of painting techniques, materials, and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver impeccable finishes
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Self-motivated and proactive attitude towards work
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and interact with clients

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
