**WHAT THIS BATHROOM REMODELING LEAD ROLE ENTAILS**:
**Schedule**:
You'll enjoy a full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM.

**Day-to-Day**:
As our Bathroom Remodeling Lead, you'll lead a team to transform bathrooms into luxurious retreats. Your morning will start with reviewing project plans and coordinating tasks. You'll use your carpentry skills to frame rooms and install fixtures, ensuring every detail aligns with the client's vision. As you progress through the day, you'll oversee demolition, flooring installations, and meticulous finish work. Your role isn't just about renovation; it's about creating lasting impressions and educating clients on maintenance. Each day will offer new challenges and opportunities to showcase your expertise in a supportive, customer-focused environment

**Qualifications**:

- Ability to adhere to all standards, policies, and procedures while following all safety protocols
- Ability to use a company iPad to submit paperwork and photos
- Ability to learn and advance
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Great personality with a team-oriented mindset
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- 3+ years of renovation experience
