Overview

With abundant growth and opportunity ahead, we are searching for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of the company’s project sales and homeowner experience programs, developing and executing activities for a growing portfolio of townhome communities across the region.

You Are

A skilled sales leader who is committed to providing exceptional service, you have demonstrated success with multi-family pre-sales programs, preferably within the townhome category. With strong knowledge and experience developing and executing project sales strategies, you’re a resourceful and creative problem solver who is motivated by excellence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Contributing to the development of, and executing on company project sales programs
- Delivering a positive brand experience for current and prospective homeowners and realtors
- Positively leading the sales team to successfully achieve goals and targets
- Effectively capturing prospect information including contact, home preference and other relevant information; executing prospect follow-ups in a timely manner
- Overseeing all deals executed by the sales team
- Attending and delivering sales team training
- Working with the marketing team, providing feedback on the strategy and ensuring the sales team effectively executes the strategy
- Conducting sales, product, and market research
- Overseeing the homeowner completion process, including overseeing all completion procedures, liaising with key stakeholders (homeowners, realtors, lawyers, property management and construction)
- Preparing a weekly sales agenda and activity report
- Attending weekly and ad-hoc marketing, sales, and project meetings
- Working at the sales centre during regular hours as required, with the ability to work a flexible schedule for special events and sales launches as required
- Other responsibilities as required.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of two (2) years of success in multi-family pre-sales is required; experience with townhomes is preferred
- Proven time-management skills with the ability to work under pressure
- Positive attitude and highly motivated to achieve results
- A strong eye for detail and accuracy
- Experience leading and managing direct reports
- Ability to produce results independently while working toward a common goal
- Hands-on experience with the homeowner completion process (closing documentation, PDI’s, key handover)
- Experience working with a CRM; experience with Lasso would be considered an asset
- Working understanding of the Real Estate Development Marketing Act (REDMA)
- A valid real estate license would be considered an asset
- Valid, current drivers’ license with access to a motor vehicle.

**Salary**: $100,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
