The Opportunity.

Qualifications, competencies and experience.
- Law degree from recognized law school, called to the bar of a jurisdiction in Canada, and membership in applicable law society or bar association
- Minimum 2-4 years of post-call trademark prosecution experience
- Experience providing trademark search opinions and portfolio management advice
- Experience in contentious trademark matters
- IP litigation experience is not required but is considered an asset
- Strong written and oral communication in English
