Recreational Gymnastics Coach

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver gymnastics lessons to students of various ages and skill levels
- Teach proper techniques and form for gymnastics exercises and routines
- Create a safe and supportive learning environment for all students
- Provide feedback and guidance to help students improve their skills
- Develop lesson plans and curriculum that align with the goals of the gymnastics program
- Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting instruction as needed
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff to coordinate schedules and events

**Experience**:

- Previous experience coaching gymnastics is preferred
- Knowledge of gymnastics techniques, skills, and safety guidelines
- Ability to effectively communicate and demonstrate proper techniques to students
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with students and parents/guardians
- Experience working with children and/or teaching in a group setting is a plus

**Education**:

- High School diploma or equivalent
- Certification in gymnastics coaching is preferred but not required

Additional Skills:

- Ability to educate and motivate students in a positive manner

**Job Types**: Part-time, Seasonal
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: $15.50-$20.00 per hour
