We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Laundromat Assistant to join our team. - **Follow Procedures**: Rigorously adhere to standard operating procedures toensure consistent service quality without errors.
- **Customer Assistance**: Assist customers with machine operations, answer their questions, and provide friendly and professional service.
- **Communication**: Engage with customers proactively and encourage them to leave Google reviews. Customer satisfaction and feedback are crucial metrics for us.
- **Laundry Processing**: Sort, wash, dry, fold, and package laundry items with precision and care.
- **Store Maintenance**: Keep the store clean and organized at all times, and monitor machines to ensure they are in proper working condition.
- **Multitasking**: Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, such as folding laundry, assisting customers, answering phone calls, and maintaining the store.
- **Problem Solving**: Stay alert and proactive. Handle unexpected situations and customer issues efficiently and effectively.

- **Fast Learner**: Ability to quickly grasp procedures and adapt to new tasks.

- **Detail-Oriented**: Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- **Physical Capability**: Ability to lift and carry laundry bags and items up to 25 lbs.
- **Flexible Schedule**: Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
