Our buildings in Boucherville are currently looking for a resident concierge. Are you versatile, agile with your hands and have a keen sense of organization? You are exactly the person we are looking for

**ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Be available to respond to emergencies
- Carry out site maintenance according to the frequency provided for this purpose or when required
- Clean and perform the tasks inherent in the maintenance of floors and carpets in common areas
- Distribution of communications to tenants
- Ensure the cleanliness of entrances and common areas, terrace and gym
- Ensuring security and compliance with building regulations
- Maintain a clean working environment
- Maintain property spaces and systems
- Maintain the land, indoor parking, storage spaces
- Other Related Tasks
- Perform minor repairs in apartments and common areas
- Preparing vacant apartments
- Wash the windows at the main and secondary entrances

**EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Minimum relevant experience of 1 to 2 years
- DEP in general building maintenance (an asset)
