**Responsibilities**:

- Set up station for service, including required mise en place for breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to current food and workplace safety standards
- Prepare and cook a variety of high-quality dishes, adhering to recipes and ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, following food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Execute efficient prep work to ensure timely service during busy periods.
- Follow inventory control procedures to minimize waste and maintain cost effectiveness
- Carry out tasks and report to the Lead Cook and/or Executive Chef, as required
- Maintain a respectful and professional approach with both coworkers and customers

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 Year culinary experience in a professional kitchen environment, with a passion for culinary arts and a focus on delivering exceptional taste and presentation.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in a commercial kitchen setting, including Safe Food Handler certification.
- Ability to work well under pressure, multitask, and prioritize duties in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 8 months

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
