**Temple Metal Roofs is an architectural sheet metal installation company.**

We mainly do commercial Metal Roofing and Cladding along with various other custom works and some higher end residential roofing. We are a smaller company so we are able to have strong relationships with our employees.

We have a fabrication shop which out of we are able to make all of our flashings as well as roll form our own snap lock and standing seam metal roofing.

We have regular companywide meetings this is where we shut down for the afternoon, Employees can hangout, enjoy some good food and talk about upcoming projects that our office staff have been working on.

Temple offers Benefits and RRSP for those who qualify. We also offer Training through CSAM and WCB. Work Gear Allowance of $500.00 if 1900 hrs worked in a year payable $250.00 every 6 months

**Experience**: Foreman experience is must

Must have 5 years as a metal roofing/ Cladding installer

Wage: Competitive wages depending on experience.

**Location of work**: Northern Manitoba, Winnipeg and surrounding area's

Looking for someone that can work out of town but we also can offer in town as well

**Live Out Allowance**

Camp LOA - $15.00/Day

Non Camp LOA - $50.00/Day

**Duties / Responsibilities**

◦ supervision of all employees assigned to crew

◦ uphold safe work practices, procedures, and company policies

◦ ensure that job runs smoothly, efficiently, and on schedule

◦ communication with Supervisor -- job status, supplies, progress, etc.

◦ communication / relations with on-site contacts, other trades, etc.

◦ instruct & participate in on-site work as required
- Respect those working with you and above you
- Train and Teach Jr workers

**Skills / Abilities**

◦able to read schematics and architectural drawings

◦proficient at problem solving & critical thinking is a must

◦proficient at conflict resolution

◦proficient with hand and power tools common to specific trade

◦experience driving with trailers (valid driver's license is a must)

◦capable of working at heights: on ladders, scaffold, and with aerial lifts
- Comfortable working on Roof Slopes grater then 4/12

Temple Metal Roofs Ltd. is a growing company focused on creating a professional work environment within the trades. Maturity and personal drive will be considered with equal weight to trade skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $34.00-$38.00 per hour
