**About Us**

Clinic Accelerator (a sister company to CallHero Technologies) is a business consulting and managed services company that specialises in physical therapy, chiropractic, and allied health clinics. We are serving over 974 clinics worldwide

We do 3 things: Business Coaching, Staff Training, Managed Services

Additionally, we have a venture capital arm that invests in and runs health businesses. We leverage our industry expertise and resources to grow and scale new innovative opportunities.

Rick Lau and the Clinic Accelerator team have over 90 years of combined industry-experience. As owners, acquisition specialists, operations and practice experts, they are one of the most sought-after mentorship groups for clinic owners in Canada. As a team, they help coach owners and train their teams using proven systems and leadership strategies.

**Our Remote Team & Culture**

We are a small team that embraces the entrepreneurial vibe of being agile, with open communication and teamwork. We’ve created a remote work environment where our team can learn, challenge the status quo, let their creative juices flow, and have their voice heard. **In This Role, You Will**:

- You will benefit from our disruptive inbound marketing strategy and reach to clinic owners in North America. We work mostly with physiotherapists, chiropractors, massage therapists, dentists, and naturopaths.
- You will report directly to the marketing director
- We invest a LOT of money in training for our team... If you love learning, You'll love it here
- You are a ninja at copywriting, branding, marketing and sales strategies
- Your top priority is to be acquiring new leads by increasing brand awareness with content marketing and social media
- We have hundreds of hours of video content and need your help to create shareable content on social media
- Collaborate with copywriters, video editors, and affiliate partners to create marketing "hooks" and "funnels" for 2023/2024 content calendar
- You will manage a team of overseas marketing assistants to help support your work
- You will market and plan our in-person events and clinic owner meetups to generate leads
- You will attend conferences to host our company’s booth and book demos for our sales team
- You will research and use AI (such as Chat GPT) to scale your marketing efforts
- Execute on SEO strategy to drive more organic traffic in North America
- Serve as a brand enthusiast for CallHero, Clinic Accelerator (Rick's coaching business), and Painhero.ca (our directory site for clinics in Canada)
- Exceed monthly quotas of lead generation targets

**About You**:

- 2 to 3+ years in a fast past marketing team
- Able to work well under pressure with mínimal supervision, and in collaboration with team members
- You have a strong track record of hitting lead generation targets and working with sales to hit and beat company goals
- You are a strategic, analytical and well rounded marketer who thrives in getting things done
- You can manage a team of overseas assistants
- You can market and plan in-person events from start to finish to generate leads
- You have previous video editing experience
- You have experience with Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, Tiktok, Youtube
- Experience in inbound and content marketing
- Excellent in telling stories and copywriting
- You have a passion for growth "hacking" marketing
- You have experience on how to marketing to Small Business Owners
- You have experience on branding & marketing to B2C
- You have experience using Chat GPT and actively find ways to use AI to scale our marketing efforts
- You must be high energy, coachable, adaptable, and collaborative.
