As a Bodyman at Rafat General Contractor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the operational efficiency and longevity of our diverse fleet. Your expertise in vehicle body repair will contribute significantly to our mission of delivering exceptional service to our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform automotive body repairs and refinishing according to dealership standards
- Repair and replace damaged body parts, including panels, fenders, doors, and bumpers
- Remove dents, scratches, and other imperfections from vehicle surfaces
- Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, masking, and priming
- Blend paint to match existing vehicle color
- Inspect completed repairs to ensure quality and accuracy

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Bodyman in a professional setting, with a strong portfolio of previous work
- Proficiency in a wide range of body repair techniques and tools
- Ability to work on a diverse fleet of vehicles, including heavy-duty trucks and specialized equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
- Relevant certifications or trade qualifications are highly desirable
