Clintar Landscape Management is currently recruiting for a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Construction Crew Member for the 2023 Spring/Summer/Fall Season.
- **There is an opportunity for full time year-round employment with our team. Winter responsibility could be running a crew, driving a tractor/loader (dependent on experience) or working as a Winter Crew Member as a Sidewalk Shovelor.**_

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
The essential duties and responsibilities include the following:

- Spread topsoil, lay sod, plant flowers, grass, shrubs, and trees. Install various types of concrete pavers, pre-cast concrete steps and retaining walls to create walkways, terraces, patios, decks, and waterfalls.
- Safely operate tractor, sod cutters, plate tampers, stone saws, chain saws, trenchers and other machinery required to complete the job successfully. Maintain equipment and ensure use of proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
- Ensure all tools and power equipment are accounted for and properly secured in the vehicle upon each job completion.
- Safely drives company vehicle (and trailer) to supplier and customer’s locations.
- Performs daily 360 “circle check” inspection of truck and equipment before taking out on the road and upon returning to the yard.
- Assists Crew Leader in maintaining cleanliness of vehicle, equipment, facility, and yard.
- Understands all safety regulations, including training and direction of new staff, in keeping with the company standards.
- Understand company’s service level commitments and contract obligations and work as a team towards maintaining and improving those standards. Conduct site inspections prior to and work completion in accordance with company standards. Report any issues to Management.
- Maintains vehicle and equipment through cleanliness, safety, and general maintenance.
- Communicates customer requests to Crew Leader.
- Occasionally provide assistance to the Irrigation and Landscape Maintenance crews when they are short staffed
- Maintains a positive work environment
- Other duties as assigned

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal

**Salary**: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
