Landscape Labourer

Shute Landscapes is a family run business based in Stratford, Ontario. We have been creating beautiful landscapes for almost 20 years. We are looking for motivated individuals to join our dynamic team.

Assist with gardening and landscape construction. Ability to work physically in the outdoors. Lifting and moving soils, plants and construction materials. Ability to use a wheel barrow. Planting and weeding. Lay sod. Water and tend to plants, lawns and gardens. Help in the construction of stone patios, fences and decks. Experience with power tools will be considered an asset.

**Education**:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience

**Experience**:
Ideally 2 years experience. But will provide training required.

**Equipment and Machinery Experience**:
Small engine equipment, Weed trimmer/edger, stone saw, various carpentry tools.

**Terms of employment**:
Seasonal, Full time, Early morning, Days, Monday to Friday.

**Wage**:
$18.00 to $25.00 / Hour

**Hours**:
35.00 to 40.00 Hours / Week

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 8 months

**Salary**: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Landscape maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
- Construction: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Class G Licence (preferred)
