We are currently looking for a Landscape Construction Crew Members to join our growing team this spring season Enjoy working outdoors with a great group of coworkers, learning new construction skills, and are interested in joining a company that helps employees become the best versions of themselves and grows their careers in landscaping? If so, DICAM Landscaping is the place where you want to be

You will work in a small crew on various residential and commercial projects in the Hamilton and surrounding area, and work with different tools to work on driveways, walkways, patios, grading, fencing, etc.. You will ideally have some experience in landscape construction and working with power tools, but we are open to considering those who share our company values and have a willingness to learn the DICAM way.

Our Expectations:

- Plant trees including proper soil preparation
- Grade soil and lay sod
- Install patios, decks and walkways
- Load and unload wheelbarrows
- Spread mulch
- Assist Landscape Construction Crew Leader with any tasks/errands which must be done such as picking up supplies
- Occasional lawn care, tree trimming and other maintenance work as assigned
- Remove all garbage from truck at the end of the day

Job Requirements:

- High school Diploma
- Valid Driver’s License
- Excellent communication skills and capable of dealing with a wide variety of people in a polite, positive and cooperative manner.
- Basic math skills
- Detail orientated
- Safety conscious
- Strong work ethic
