**Overview**

The Master Production Schedule Manager will be responsible for managing, reviewing and maintaining a master schedule for operations activities. This role will report to the Director, Materials Management and will interface with cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements and demand for configured solutions.

As the Master Production Schedule Manager, you will provide overall operational administration and coordination of short and long-term configuration demand requirements. You will utilize your excellent communications skills to communicate key dates in order fulfillment to all stakeholders while balancing production capacity. You are known as the Process Owner and Decision & Action facilitator for all activities around scheduling. You will own overall engagement, conversion of demand into action and quality execution of Compugen’s configuration activity to maximize revenue while providing a superior level of customer satisfaction. This position is currently based remotely (work from home) and can be based anywhere in Canada.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead daily overall departmental execution excellence inclusive of planned requirements and the integration of forecasted demand
- Overall Orchestration of Demand and Supply Balance
- Facilitate Issues & Actions dialogue and resolution across all functional stakeholders including but not limited to Sales, Operations, Configuration Services, and Project Management teams
- Communicate & collaborate with stakeholders, ensuring compliance and engagement.
- Host Daily Huddle / Working sessions to drive resolutions and action plans with cross-functional stakeholders
- Recommend and consolidate production and capacity plans
- Take into consideration future orders or forecast that could be incorporated into the production schedule.
- Ensure Action tasks are assigned and implemented.
- Focus actions to meet KPI’s
- Escalate actions to functional management, as needed
- Escalate issues concerning completion timelines, delays, customer dissatisfaction, hardware availability etc.
- Communicate cross functionally pending changes to workload, process, deliverables to the entire team for assessment, risk analysis, planned implementation and monitoring.
- Oversee and continually build additional governance capability, inclusive of summary information and trend analysis

**Qualifications**
- Post-secondary education or related work experience
- Previous project coordination experience
- IT or project management experience an asset
- Experience with resource scheduling and tracking
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills
- ISO and/or ITIL certification or experience an asset
- Administrative experience
- Flexible, team player
- Proven multi-tasking abilities
- Excellent customer service skills
