Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to join our team. As a Superintendent, you will oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate.

**Duties**:

- Supervise and coordinate construction activities from start to finish
- Manage and schedule subcontractors, ensuring they adhere to project timelines
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality control, and safety compliance
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other sub contractors
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction

**Experience**:

- Experience as a Water and Sewer Superintendent or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong budgeting and cost control skills
