We are looking for an organized and creative Internal Communications Marketing Specialist to join our growing team and help us connect more effectively with our clients through targeted marketing initiatives.

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Engagement Strategies**:
Create series such as new client onboarding, win-back campaigns, loyalty programs, and educational content to encourage clients to try various services.
- **Promotion and Initiative Communication**:
Strategically communicate upcoming promotions, events, and company initiatives to clients through well-crafted marketing copy.
- **Contact and List Management**:
Maintain and update segmented marketing lists for targeted communication and track performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness.
- **Collaboration with External Partners**:
Work closely with external marketing agents to align internal and external marketing initiatives and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- **Performance Tracking and Reporting**:
Regularly analyze campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and other relevant metrics. Provide insights and recommendations for improving marketing strategies.

**Compensation Structure**:

- **Base Rate**:
$15.80 per hour for full-time work.
- **Incentive Pay**:
Additional incentive pay based on the achievement of company-specific initiatives and goals. The target bonus is **$400 per month**, with a maximum cap of **$800 per month**.

**Bonus Metrics**:
Bonuses are based on achieving specific company goals and could include:

- **Client Retention and Engagement**: Incentives for successfully increasing client retention rates or reactivating dormant clients through win-back campaigns and loyalty programs.
- **Service Cross-Promotion Success**: Bonuses for effectively promoting cross-service utilization (e.g., increasing the number of clients who use both grooming and daycare services).
- **Sales Growth Through Text Marketing**: Achieving set sales targets or increasing average client spend through effective text message marketing campaigns.
- **New Client Acquisition or Upselling**: Incentives for successfully onboarding new clients or upselling existing clients to premium services through targeted communication strategies.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Strong Writing and Copywriting Skills**: Ability to craft compelling marketing copy that resonates with different client segments.
- **Contact Management Skills**: Experience in maintaining and segmenting marketing lists to optimize targeted communications.
- **Proficiency in Prompt Engineering**: Skilled in developing prompts and managing marketing automation tools to maximize efficiency and impact.
- **Excellent Communication and Coordination**: Ability to work effectively with external marketing agents to align messaging and strategies.
