L'administrateur des ventes est chargé de soutenir le directeur des ventes et l'équipe des ventes dans les activités générales des opérations de vente et les fonctions administratives.

**Tâches et responsabilités**:

- Fournir un soutien administratif aux ventes en coordination avec les opérations, les services, les achats et les finances.
- Soutenir les communications et la planification des ventes, y compris l'aide au contenu et à la distribution.
- Aider à la recherche de données sur le marché, selon les besoins
- Aider à la réalisation de projets et d'affectations spéciales
- Coordonner le calendrier des réunions entre la direction des ventes et l'équipe de vente ainsi que les clients.
- Aider la direction des ventes dans le cadre d'initiatives stratégiques
- Aider à coordonner et à planifier les événements pour toutes les réunions de vente.
- S'assurer que les plans de rémunération des vendeurs, les commissions et le suivi des primes sont en place.
- Distribuer les résultats des ventes et les rapports
- Répondre/acheminer les appels téléphoniques entrants
- Traiter et distribuer le courrier entrant et sortant
- Aider les gestionnaires de comptes à rédiger les documents de vente, notamment les propositions et les offres.
- Enregistrer les opportunités de vente auprès des fournisseurs et le CRM.
- Rechercher et contacter les fournisseurs pour les numéros de pièces, les prix et la compatibilité.
- Fournir un soutien administratif divers
- Autres tâches assignées selon les besoins

**Compétences et aptitudes/éducation**:

- Minimum d'un diplôme d'études secondaires ou l'équivalent
- Au moins 2 à 4 ans d'expérience dans les fonctions administratives de bureau, de préférence.
- Compétence intermédiaire avec expérience confirmée de l'utilisation de la suite bureautique (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Capacité à équilibrer plusieurs tâches avec des priorités changeantes
- Capacité à travailler et à penser de manière indépendante et à veiller à respecter les délais.
- Capacité démontrée à maintenir une stricte confidentialité et à traiter les questions sensibles avec discrétion.
- Excellent sens du détail
- Doit avoir des compétences claires et professionnelles en matière de communication (écrite et orale), tant en interne qu'en externe.
- Doit être capable de communiquer en anglais et en français, à l'écrit comme à l'oral.

The Sales Administrator is responsible for supporting the Sales Manager and Sales Team with general sales operations activities and administrative functions.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support of sales in coordination with operations, services, procurement and finance
- Support sales communications and planning, including assisting with content and distribution
- Assist with market data research as needed
- Assist with special projects and assignments
- Coordinate meeting schedules between sales leadership and sales team as well as customers
- Assist sales leadership with strategic initiatives
- Assist in coordinating and planning events for all sales meetings
- Ensure seller compensation plans, commissions and bonus tracking are in place
- Distribute sales and reporting metrics
- Answer/route incoming phone calls
- Process and distribute incoming/outgoing mail
- Assist Account Managers with sales paperwork including proposals and bids
- Register new vendors, setup jobs and submissions
- Research and contact vendors for part numbers, pricing and compatibility
- Provide various administrative support
- Other duties assigned as needed

**Skills and Abilities/Education**:

- Minimum of a High school Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience with office administrative functions preferred
- Intermediate proficiency with demonstrated experience utilizing office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to balance multiple tasks with changing priorities
- Ability to work and think independently and ensuring to meet deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion
- Excellent attention to detail
- Must have clear and professional communication skills (written and oral) both internally and externally
- Demonstrated customer service focus and client communication skills
