**What to Expect**

**What You’ll Do**
- First point of contact for Quality issues in designated project.
- Perform repairs on existing installed cabinets and millwork at the project site.
- Install and repair every cabinet on a project site.
- Perform Corrective Maintenance (repairs) on all cabinetry and millwork.
- Work closely with manufacturing, process, quality teams to establish processes and procedures that will ensure consistently high quality.
- Leads incoming quality root cause issues/solutions to increase and maintain quality metrics and performance.
- Send daily external pass down reports to all area stakeholders.
- Assist in the identification and resolution of manufacturing quality issues, contain parts or products as needed, sort parts for quality requirements.
- Support daily responsibilities for outbound shipping and service operations.
- Act as escalation point for service material concerns.
- Create daily work plans to achieve test plan goals on schedule

**What You’ll Bring**
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
- Five (5) or more years of experience working in a maintenance/installation capacity on cabinetry and millwork projects and/or have equivalent training or relevant education.
- Experience with cabinet and millwork installation and repairs.
- Proficiency at reading and interpreting CAD drawings.
- Ability to effectively communicate common issues and defects to leadership and management assisting with solutions.
- Ability to manage and give direction in critical situations while keeping composure.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment providing line leadership and guidance.
- Detail oriented with strong record-keeping and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing practices, 5S, TPS, TQM, etc. highly desired.
- Solid cabinetry and millwork knowledge (has a thorough understanding of cabinet requirements).
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work off-shifts, as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $71,500.00-$103,103.00 per year

**Education**:

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Cabinet Making: 2 years (preferred)
- Cabinet Installation: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Class G Licence (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 100% (preferred)
