**Key Responsibilities**:
- Be responsible for the daily delivery of a multi-year cybersecurity program.
- Manage multiple vendors and internal teams working on multiple workstreams in parallel, providing direction on project priorities.
- Learn from and align with internal PMO processes to deliver required budget, schedule, and status artifacts.
- Provide reporting to the project steering committee.
- Drive alignment on project deliverables by effectively partnering with stakeholders.
- Work with project stakeholders and sponsors to escalate issues and risks, clarify scope and make any required project changes.
- Identify user impacting workstreams and engage with our Adoption and Success team to ensure our users are prepared for the change.
**Requirements**:
Must have qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in program management, preferably with some experience managing cybersecurity projects or programs.
- 5+ years leading teams in a complex IT environment.
- Previous experience of managing a program with multiple vendors, preferably Big 4 vendors.
- Experience with fast-paced environment and demonstrated ability to ensure project timelines are being met.
- Education and/or strong work experience in Information Technology or a related field.
Additional requirements:
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams.
- Technical expertise in security, including knowledge of security technologies, practices, and principles.
- Understanding of security frameworks, assessment processes, tools, and standards, such as NIST, ISO, and CIS.
- Experience planning, organizing, managing, and communicating programs that align with cyber security goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- The ability to manage multiple vendors, understanding the contractual agreements in place, and ensuring the agreed value is delivered.
