As a Reconstruction Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in completing the following tasks:

- Fields calls from customers and team members and builds rapport
- Problem solves and helps people find solutions
- Establishes and maintains relationships with adjusters, brokers and clients
- Understands and applies insurance program and scorecard knowledge to claim files on time
- Oversees the offices quality and performance
- Conduct regular audits to identify potential weaknesses and non-compliant situations
- Follow internal company policies concerning Company/Franchise Scorecard

Shift: Monday - Friday

Work hours: 8 am - 5 pm, Weekends upon request

**Compensation**: $22-25/ hour, depending on experience. Health benefits are also available.

**Team Qualifications (Requirements)**:

- Ability to deliver and give certainty when property owners need it most
- Proficient with a variety of current technology and software programs
- Career emphasis on learning and continuing education
- Sound planning and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Demonstrates a positive attitude and work ethic
- Prior experience in distribution and picking systems preferred
- Basic Math Skills
