Dispatcher

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team. The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling transportation activities to ensure efficient operations.

**Duties**:

- Coordinate and schedule shipments, deliveries, and pickups
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries
- Utilize transportation management systems to track shipments and update information
- Analyze transportation data to optimize routes and improve efficiency
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Monitor shipping and receiving activities
- Collaborate with third-party logistics providers (3PL) for transportation needs
- Use Truck Mate or similar software for inventory management

**Skills**:

- Strong analytical skills to optimize supply chain processes
- Excellent communication skills to interact with drivers, customers, and team members
- Ability to type accurately and quickly for data entry tasks
- Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and transportation operations
- Experience with supply chain management is a plus
