Job Summary:
This is not your ordinary customer service role, we want people who are passionate about going above and beyond for our customers. Sinking your teeth into any issues and finding the best possible solution. Taking ownership of problems that arise and working to find a solution.

You will be working in a small but growing team based in Edmonton and Toronto. Because of our successful business there will be many chances for advancement for the properly motivated people, in Edmonton and in other areas of Canada.

Essential Functions:

- Provide an exceptionally high degree of customer satisfaction, technical expertise, in an accurate and timely manner.
- Logs support calls in the ticketing system.
- Takes ownership of issues.
- Actively involved in diagnosing and resolving end-user problems in a timely fashion through problem identification, isolation and resolution.
- Assign more complex problems to 2nd Level support for advanced solutions.
- Recommend system or process changes to reduce client issues.
- Perform other duties as required.
- Travelling to different dealerships in the Toronto area including Whitby, Richmond Hill and possibly travelling to other areas of the Province.
- Required to take two job related courses per year.

Job qualifications:

- Exceptional customer service skills required.
- Polished and professional communication skills.
- Empathetic of users' concerns and situations with the ability to respond appropriately.
- Post-Secondary Diploma in Information Technology or a combination of relevant education and/or experience.

A clear Criminal Record Check will be required for this position.

A valid Driver’s license and Reliable Vehicle Required

**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year
