**Position Overview**: Elevate Energy Group is seeking a highly skilled Construction Superintendent with an electrician background and substantial experience in managing electrical construction projects. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction, ensuring quality, safety, and on-time project delivery. The Superintendent will be an integral part of our project management team, leading field operations, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring that work is performed to the highest standard.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Leadership**: Supervise and direct all on-site activities for electrical construction projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications, timelines, and safety standards.
- **Field Supervision**: Oversee the daily work activities of electricians and subcontractors, ensuring effective coordination and execution of electrical installations and systems.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure that all electrical work is performed with meticulous attention to detail and adheres to industry standards, company policies, and project requirements.
- **Safety Oversight**: Maintain a strong safety culture on-site, enforcing all safety regulations and protocols in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- **Coordination & Collaboration**: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to coordinate schedules, resources, and materials to ensure timely completion of electrical scopes.
- **Problem Solving**: Quickly address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction, minimizing delays and ensuring successful project outcomes.
- **Documentation & Reporting**: Ensure accurate documentation of progress, inspections, and any changes to project plans. Provide regular reports to project management and clients regarding project status.
- **Resource Management**: Manage labor, equipment, and material resources effectively to optimize productivity and cost-efficiency throughout the construction process.

**Qualifications**:

- **Licensed Electrician**: Must be a certified journeyman electrician or equivalent.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 15 years of experience in electrical construction, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or leadership role. Experience in large-scale industrial, commercial, or energy sector projects is highly preferred.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, codes, standards, and construction best practices.
- **Leadership Skills**: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team of electricians and subcontractors in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- **Project Management**: Strong understanding of project management principles, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
- **Problem-Solving Ability**: Strong decision-making skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues efficiently.
- **Safety-Driven**: Deep commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant work environment, with experience in enforcing safety protocols on construction sites.

Pay: From $150,000.00 per year
