Once Upon A Child in Brantford is looking for reliable, outgoing and motivated individuals who love kids and enjoy working in a fun, team oriented environment.

Responsibilities will include ringing sales, processing returns, answering phones, assisting customers, tagging & hanging clothes, communicating the buy process to our customers, and any other tasks associated with a Sales Associate position. Keyholder duties will include opening and closing the store and tills as well as balancing tills at the beginning and end of shifts.

Qualifications:

- Great customer service and communication skills
- Perform opening and closing routines related to balancing cash on hand
- Responsible for leadership tasks as delegated by the store manager
- Maintain policies and procedures
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Ability to handle customers with sensitivity
- Ability to work at a fast pace with accuracy
- Ability to meet quotas on time
- Must have flexibility with work schedules; some evenings and weekends are required
- Must be able to effectively communicate our policies to our customers
- Ability to foster a customer focused buying & selling culture
- Ability to stand for long periods of time, bend, squat, lift up to 24 lbs above head

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 15-40 per week

**Salary**: $15.50-$20.00 per hour
