**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Teach advanced parkour techniques to our junior and senior competitive parkour teams during regular weekly practices.
- Support our competitive parkour teams at provincial, national and international competitions.
- Have input and modify our parkour curriculum/training programs for rec. and competitive athletes.
- Facilitate group parkour training programs for athletes in our in-house competitive program and other competitive sports teams, regularly each week.
- Coach private lessons with competitive athletes to ensure that individual student's strengths are bolstered and weaknesses are addressed to create better athletes.
- Develop a strength and conditioning specific program based on biomechanical knowledge of parkour that will help both competitive and rec. athletes develop their skills in sport.

**Performance Expectations**

The Parkour Strength & Conditioning Coordinator should accomplish their responsibilities and duties through the use of the following soft skills:

- interested in parkour, youth recreation activities or coaching theory

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Previous employment coaching parkour
- Background practicing parkour at an intermediate to high level
- Experience in a supervisory role within a recreation setting
- First Aid Certification is preferred but not mandatory
- Educational background in biomechanics, personal training, sports management, etc.
- Applicants are required to be a minimum 18 years of age.

Pay: From $36,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Supervising: 1 year (preferred)
- Coaching: 1 year (preferred)
- Parkour: 2 years (preferred)
