**Position Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive program strategy that aligns with the organization's mission and goals.
- Design age-appropriate programs that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of children and youth, including those with disabilities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including coaches, instructors, and support staff, to ensure the successful execution of programs.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of programs to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay informed about current trends and best practices in youth development, physical education, and disability inclusion.
- Establish partnerships with local organizations and community groups to enhance program offerings and reach a broader audience.
- Provide training and support to staff members to ensure they are equipped to work with children and youth of all abilities.
- Serve as a resource and advocate for individuals with disabilities, promoting awareness and understanding within the organization and the community.
- Monitor program budgets and resource allocation to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to program development and implementation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Education, Recreation Management, or Child Development.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in program development or a related field, preferably in a youth-oriented setting.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in program design and implementation.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities and designing inclusive programs is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a proactive and results-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and guidelines related to youth programming and disability inclusion.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
- Passion for promoting health, wellness, and personal development among children and youth.
