**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement age-appropriate educational programs that foster learning and development.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for children.
- Assess children's developmental needs and progress regularly.
- Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and team members regarding children's progress and any concerns.
- Collaborate with special education professionals to support children with diverse needs.
- Maintain accurate records of children's activities, assessments, and progress.
- Organize daily activities that promote physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to early childhood education.

**Experience**
- Proven experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting is essential.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French is a significant asset.
- Familiarity with special education practices and working with persons with disabilities is preferred.
- Strong time management skills to effectively balance multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain structured classroom environments.
- Proficient in using computer systems for record keeping and communication purposes.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
