Visitation Coordinator

The Care Group (“TCG”) offers high-quality residential care services to complex care clients in 8 homes throughout the Lower Mainland and Vancouver Island.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for **Visitation Coordinator/Screener** to help our residents meet with the family in a safe and timely manner.

**The job is at The Gardens Care Home in Qualicum Beach, B.C**

**Shifts are: Tue - Sat 9am-5pm, **4 on 2 off rotations, 7am-3pm and 12pm-7pm**

**Wage $20.97/hr.**

What does a Visitation Coordinator do?
- Screening visitors (measure temperature, provide questionnaire, make sure they are wearing masks)
- Transport residents to/from the visitor’s location (outdoor patio or room)
- Cleaning, sanitizing after the visit (wiping and sanitizing surfaces
- Rapid Testing

**Qualification**:

- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Experience working with seniors as an asset
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Physical ability to transport residents
- Proof of Vaccination
