Superior Glove Works Ltd. is currently seeking an **IT Network Analyst** to work out of its global headquarters located in Acton, ON, Canada. You will be responsible for supporting all our SGW locations, including Acton ON, Point Leamington NL, Springdale NL, Honduras, Cheektowaga NY, and Edmonton AB.

**Job/Position Summary**:
Reporting to the IT Infrastructure Manager, the **IT Network Analyst **is responsible for providing day-to-day support to the users within Superior Glove Works Ltd. for any system problems that they may encounter. The **IT Network Analyst** will be responsible for network support issues, laptop-related problems, (software and hardware), and server and infrastructure related issues. Issues that cannot be resolved internally will be escalated to the appropriate support vendor to address.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for effective call management includes logging, monitoring / updating, prioritizing and resolving calls in a timely fashion.
- Monitor and manage physical drives (i.e., failures and replacements).
- Managing virtual machine backups using Veeam Backup & Replication
- Managing Microsoft Intune and Autopilot for provisioning PC’s, handhelds, etc.
- Supporting wireless devices, including Wireless Access Points, in a warehouse environment
- Coordination of IT network and security processes.
- Maintenance of all internal systems; support for network and security services.
- Perform routine audits for various network systems.
- Asset management, working with vendors & create detailed documentation of software licensing and purchase records
- Policies and Procedures as well as Cyber Security procedures and MS Office training.
- Create new users and accounts and managing user administration, group memberships, and file permissions.
- Troubleshoot hardware devices such as office printers, mobile devices, switches, routers, and laptops.
- Escalate problems as required to the IT Manager, and/or appropriate service provider.
- Decommission and redirect user accounts, group membership, and file permission as required

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Post-secondary Computer/Systems Diploma and/or Degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT Network Support role
- Good communication skills - verbal/written
- Ability to problem solve technical issues with a strong sense of urgency
- Strong record keeping/documentation skills with an ability to securely protect and maintain confidentiality of personal data
- Strong decision-making skills regarding ticket prioritization and assignment
- Must possess strong interpersonal skills for working with team members and internal customers
- Valid passport and driver’s license with satisfactory driving record
- The following certifications are considered an asset but are not required to apply:Cisco Certified Networking Professional (CCNP)

Cisco Certified Networking Associate (CCNA)
Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE)
CompTIA Network+
