Duties:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Listen to customers' concerns and accurately diagnose vehicle issues
- Provide recommendations for necessary repairs and maintenance
- Prepare accurate estimates for repair costs and timeframes
- Schedule appointments and manage the service schedule
- Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicles
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and vehicle repairs
**Skills**:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of auto body repair, brake repair, air brake, diesel engine repair, tire service, shocks, and struts
- Ability to align, suspend, and transmit vehicle components
- Proficient in cash handling procedures
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Note: Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar role is mandatory. We use the software ShopMonkey.
