**Position: Asphalt Rakerman**

**Salary: $35.00/HR**

**Location: Edmonton & Area jobs (must have own vehicle / own transportation to various sites)**

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Asphalt Rakerman to join our team. As an Asphalt Rakerman, you will play a crucial role in the paving and building of roads and surfaces. If you have experience in heavy equipment operation and are passionate about working in the construction industry, we want to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate raking equipment to spread and level asphalt mix on surfaces
- Assist in the preparation of work sites by cleaning and preparing surfaces
- Ensure proper compaction of asphalt material
- Collaborate with the paving crew to achieve project goals
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and perform routine maintenance tasks

**Experience**:

- Prior experience as an Asphalt Rakerman or similar role preferred
- Proficiency in operating heavy equipment used in paving and construction projects
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of asphalt materials and compaction techniques
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship

Expected hours: 45 - 65 per week

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
