**Job description**

Under the direction of the Site Manager, the Logistics Coordinator plays an essential role in coordinating delivery activities to ensure smooth processing and optimal execution of day-to-day planning.

**Summary of Responsibilities**
- Dayshift Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri & Sat 6:00AM - 2:00PM
- Work with different stakeholders in the day-to-day management of delivery problems and/or issues to meet customer requirements.
- Connect delivery drivers and representatives on customer-related issues.
- Follow up on those affected with road delays.
- Call and advise customers of any delays.
- Communicate and coordinate the drivers' daily assignments.
- Analyze problems and recommend solutions.
- Track and analyze data from our Dispatch Track tracking software to improve the quality of the service provided.
- All other related tasks such as they may be assigned by the immediate superior.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 per year
